The Mission

For over six decades, Neuberg & Neuberg Importers Group has stood for quality, craftsmanship and personal partnership. As a reliable supplier of European premium materials for restoration, interior design, fine framing and haute cuisine, they accompany people in the realization of demanding projects. With the aim of strategically expanding this market position for the future, we supported the company in a comprehensive transformation process. The central task was to develop a brand strategy, a visual identity and a consistent communication concept that unites the diversity of the sub-brands under a coherent umbrella – without losing their individual strengths. The focus has always been on combining tradition and the future in a clear, tangible brand identity.

The Process

Based on an in-depth analysis of the existing brand identity, target group and competitive landscape, a hybrid brand architecture was developed that combines the strength of the parent brand with the clearly positioned sub-brands. The new strategy creates clarity in communication, strengthens recognizability and enables effective cross-promotion within the brand world and across various channels.

As a result, we translated these strategic principles into an overall visual concept that communicates precision craftsmanship, excellence and family closeness: fine lines, structured layouts, a warm color scheme and elegant typography characterize the appearance. A tailor-made visual and content identity was designed for each sub-brand – which integrates seamlessly into the appearance of the parent brand.

The Result

Neuberg & Neuberg’s new brand image combines the values of tradition, quality and innovation in a modern, precise and approachable identity. The distinctive umbrella brand ensures trust and continuity, while the clearly differentiated sub-brands specifically address their respective industry needs in terms of design and language. By developing and integrating a comprehensive brand guide, we created a forward-looking tool that ensures consistent brand experiences across all channels. Due to the high level of customer satisfaction, we were also commissioned to design and implement a social media strategy, including support and a new website concept, based on the developed brand strategy and visual identity. The aim remains to bring Neuberg & Neuberg’s core values to life both analog and digitally.
