The Mission

Dr. Natalie Hartl, a physician specializing in aesthetic medicine, offers her clients a range of treatments in facial balancing and harmonization. She helps people look radiant while highlighting their individual features. In her work, she places great emphasis on achieving highly effective and natural results.

The goal of the project was to create a comprehensive visual identity, including a logo, colors, fonts, and design elements. Based on this new brand image, we also designed various print materials such as flyers, roll-ups, and business cards. Due to the high level of client satisfaction, we were further commissioned to create a large number of digital assets, including social media designs, a presentation for the clinic, and a corporate website.

The Process

During the development of the new design concept, we first took a deep dive into understanding the company and its target audience. From this, we identified key values and traits such as “aesthetics,” “empathy,” and “innovation,” which needed to be visually translated. It quickly became clear that the design required a soft yet strong aesthetic, combining clarity and modernity to reflect Dr. Natalie Hartl’s approach to her work.

The logo is based on a stylized facial shape, creating a direct connection to the focus of the treatments. The design is enhanced by two dots, symbolizing the beginning (the needle’s entry point) and the result (the visible transformation) of a treatment. The logo is completed by a square, bold shape that represents a stable foundation and symbolizes newfound strength. The selected colors and fonts complement the brand concept, further balancing the apparent contrasts of softness and strength.

The Result

In consultation with Dr. Natalie Hartl, the visual identity of GLOW was expanded and refined with design elements such as icons. This allowed us to proceed with the creation of various print materials, including flyers, roll-ups, and business cards. Additionally, a range of digital assets, such as a social media design, were developed.

Finally, a corporate website was designed, providing information about Dr. Natalie Hartl’s services. The focus was on creating and implementing a website that is as clear and easy to navigate as possible while effectively convincing (potential) clients.
