The Mission

Hollywood Distillery, located in the heart of Hollywood, approached us with the ambition to elevate their brand presence and create a more defined structure for their product lineup. The objective was to establish a strategic framework that not only meets the company’s future needs but also provides the flexibility for growth. Through close collaboration, we crafted a “House of Brands” strategy with an endorsed brand architecture. This approach allows multiple sub-brands to exist under the umbrella of the main brand, each with its own distinct visual identity while still leveraging the strength and reputation of the parent brand. This strategy maximizes flexibility and strengthens brand loyalty across the diverse range of spirits.

The Process

The first step in the implementation was to revise the existing visual identity to clearly establish the “House of Brands” structure. We developed a cohesive design concept that positions each spirit line as an independent sub-brand while maintaining a visual link to the parent brand. For each product, we created unique labels that, framed by the consistent visual framework, are instantly recognizable.

In addition, we designed all print and promotional materials, ranging from packaging and displays to banners, bar mats, coasters, and merchandise such as T-shirts. Another key element was the development of a new website that not only tells the brand’s story but also showcases the diverse product range in a modern, user-friendly design. The website combines aesthetic appeal with technical precision, perfectly reflecting the new brand strategy.

The Result

As part of the strategic rebranding, we implemented a flexible and sustainable brand strategy that successfully positions the individual sub-brands in the market while leveraging the positive image of the parent brand. Due to the high level of client satisfaction, we were also entrusted with managing the social media channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram, as well as creating and distributing the monthly Distillery newsletter. By continuously engaging these channels with insightful content from the world of Hollywood, the brand’s digital presence was significantly enhanced. Overall, the new brand strategy provides a solid foundation for future growth and a strong positioning in a competitive market.
